IPCELERATE LAUNCHES BUNDLED GOVERNMENT SOLUTION

Pre-Configured Set of VoIP Applications Aimed at State and Local Governments

IPcelerate, Inc., a provider of advanced communications-based software applications, announced today the introduction of a pre-integrated, pre-configured bundled solution for government agencies. IPcelerate's solution encompasses the most commonly utilized features and requests from current government customers and is designed to enable agencies to use IP telephony to meet their most critical needs.

"IPcelerate has already deployed and implemented a variety of solutions with several state governments and municipalities," said Laurent Therivel, Chief Operating Officer of IPcelerate. "We were able to use the experience gained through those implementations to create a solution that is specifically designed for the requirements of local governments." The bundled solution addresses critical government initiatives such as increased safety & security, rapid emergency response, and efficient citizen communication. It utilizes IPsession, IPstudio and IP Video Surveillance application servers, and key functions include 911 notification, RFID pendant and sensor integration, dial out, on-demand audio recording, and triggered video surveillance.

The government solution is the first bundled product introduced by IPcelerate and will be followed by additional bundled solution announcements in the coming weeks. "A solution targeting a specific industry vertical is something that our partner community has often requested," said Paul Campetella, Channel Marketing Manager for IPcelerate. "We felt it important to address this need, as well as learn from our current customer base. Our experience working with local governments ensured that we would be able to provide them with a compelling solution."

Future bundled products will be aimed at specific vertical markets including healthcare, finance, legal, and the education sector.
