Impact Academy Focuses on Matching Customer Needs with Embedded Solutions

IPcelerate, Inc., a provider of advanced communications-based software applications, announced today the successful launch of its Impact Academy, a training program designed to teach impact selling to sales representatives at top partners. The Academy focuses on enabling participants to uncover key business needs of their customers, and then utilize VoIP applications to address those needs. IPcelerate recently completed an Impact Academy with Enventis, a Premier Partner.

Impact selling allows customers to better understand how VoIP solutions can positively affect their business, resulting in improved customer service, increased safety and security, enhanced communication, and streamlined employee training. “IPcelerate has been very successful in identifying customer needs, and then using IP Telephony applications to address those needs,” stated Jeff Johnson, Vice President of Solutions for IPcelerate. “Our IPstudio and IPsession platforms have a direct impact on customers’ business practices – how to facilitate that impact is what we teach at the Academy.”
