IPCELERATE DEPLOYS CLICK-2- CALL AND RECORDING SOLUTIONS FOR INTERSTATE BATTERIES

VoIP Business Solutions Directly Impact Call Center Efficiencies

June 12, 2007

IPcelerate, Inc., a provider of advanced VoIP products and technologies, announced today the deployment of a VoIP recording solution and Click-2-Call application for Interstate Batteries’ call center in Des Moines, Iowa. The Click-2-Call solution increases efficiencies by automatically dialing the phone numbers of customers within their CRM application, and the IPstudio recording capabilities are utilized for quality control and training purposes. The deployment is in conjunction with IPcelerate’s Partner, General Datatech, an industry leader providing wide and local area networking expertise and supplying data and voice communications hardware.

“We reviewed a wide selection of VoIP companies to find the best products for our business needs,” stated Chris Yang, Supervisor of Network Communications for Interstate Batteries. “We determined that the most cost effective and best solution for us was IPcelerate and Cisco unified communications. We implemented a Click-2-Call application that integrates well with the IPsession server, and the IPstudio platform solved all our recording needs. Our call center is incredibly happy with both solutions, as well as their new phone system.”

“Time efficiency is a critical measure of productivity for call centers,” stated Kevin Brown, CEO of IPcelerate. “The Click-2-Call application is a simple, point-and-click process that can dramatically increase the quantity of outbound calls made, thus directly impacting a company’s profitability. With the addition of call recording capabilities, Interstate Batteries can also easily maintain their level of excellence through more effective training and quality control.“

Interstate Batteries worked closely with IPcelerate’s development and technical support teams to ensure the business solutions worked well with their own applications and processes. “I’ve been in the IT business for over 14 years,” added Yang. “IPcelerate’s technical support has been one of the best I have ever seen.”

“Interstate Batteries had a specific vision on how they wanted to enhance their Cisco unified communications experience. We worked closely with IPcelerate to ensure these goals, and IPcelerate delivered business functionality which exceeded our client’s expectations,” stated Steve Sulgrove, Regional Client Manager for General Datatech. “When a company makes an investment in Cisco, the ROI is clear. When IPcelerate is added to the overall business solution, clients receive exponential “R” without the “I”.

The IPstudio server is fully integrated with the IPsession server, and offers Interstate Batteries additional pre-configured video and audio recording capabilities including real-time monitoring, on-demand recording, call annotation and video blogging.
