ImPacT Offers More to Customers

IPcelerate, Inc., a provider of advanced communications-based software applications, introduced today ImPacT, a new interactive customer loyalty program designed to exceed the expectations and needs of clients and build a community of loyal VoIP customers. Through this program, the company will assist customers in maximizing the impact of IPT in their organizations through the creation of new solutions, services and training programs based on direct customer feedback.
IPcelerate will communicate to customers through a series of new touch points including an exclusive and secure website in which customers can speak directly to the company, request new features and learn more about new VoIP solutions. Customers will also be provided innovative voice and data tools, enabling them to share their solutions and challenges with other customers, and discover how other businesses are getting more from VoIP. In addition, the company is establishing a customer advisory council to evaluate current offerings and help formulate new product solutions.
