Users have the ability to monitor calls using the IPmonitor XML services on the Cisco IP Phone based on authorization level and search criteria.

Listen to calls via an easy-to-use web interface or IP phone, with an option to join (barge) the call, if necessary. Monitor, whisper via text message or barge into the call to interface directly with the caller.

Selective Monitoring

Administrators are able to configure monitoring groups of Cisco IP Phones. For example, city-based sales teams, departments, project teams and more.

Call Monitoring Logs

Users with authorization are able to view logs of monitoring sessions via the web interface. Call Monitoring Logs are accessed based on basic search criteria; date, time, numbers. Logs generated show monitoring number and device information (phone MAC or PC IP address).
