The Professional Services Organization offers a host of Extended Services, all targeted to assist in the discovery process of identifying business goals, personalizing our applications to fit those goals, and then implementing these solutions for maximum impact to the organization.
IPcelerate’s Extended Services include:
- Network Review and Validation – Evaluation of customer network environments and integration requirements for use specifically with IPcelerate business solutions
- Configuration and Implementation – Remote and onsite services for configuring, deploying and testing IPcelerate business solutions into a customer’s environment
- Individual and Group Training - IPcelerate offers regularly scheduled training courses for all products, however individual and group training can also be provided and tailored to your fit your organization's network, solution and employees.
- Application Discovery Workshops – Multiple day, onsite meetings to assess business opportunities and identify appropriate VoIP business solutions to address these needs
- Personalized Solution Design – Personalization of IPcelerate applications, using IPcelerate-developed software tools and methodologies, so they work within defined business objectives and incorporate specific user requirements
