Partner Program Levels
There are two partner programs to choose from – Agent and Gold.
Agent Partner
FREE to sign up. You will receive Sales training and sales assistance. IPcelerate must provide remote installation services as part of the solution.
Gold Plus Partner
The initial certification fee is $1,495. You receive a pre-loaded IPsmartSuite appliance that comes with all verticals, OS, Database and as many licenses you need to connect to your UC500. You will also receive additional Software versions of IPsmartSuite, if needed, for additional UC500 demo systems you may have. Sales and SE Training is also included as live and recorded sessions.
How do I buy IPsmartSuite?
IPsmartSuite is available today through distribution. You can purchase it from Ingram Micro, Tech Data, Comstor or D&H. IPsmartSuite is only available to certified partners.
Are there two versions of IPsmartSuite?
There is only one version of the IPsmartSuite solution, but it can be purchased in two different ways – as a turnkey appliance or as a software CD.
How much is IPsmartSuite?
The hardware appliance is $1,495. This includes the server and the basic software. Maintenance will be an additional charge.
The basic software application on CD is $495.
Licenses are available as a package of four (4) for $495.
How do I train my people to install IPsmartSuite?
IPsmartSuite was designed to be very intuitive to install and uses an installation wizard to guide users through the installation and configuration process.

What do I do if my customer needs help getting the system to work?
Customer satisfaction is one of the cornerstones of IPcelerate’s business. Registered partners receive access to a trouble ticketing system that is accessible from the IPsmartSuite portal. We also recommend using the FAQs and product installation guide to answer configuration and set-up questions.
Does IPcelerate offer sales and marketing promotions to their partners?
Yes. IPcelerate runs quarterly promotions and will create a partner council similar to what we utilize in our enterprise partner program to understand what promotions and programs are needed.
