New Version Offers Expanded Recording and Monitoring Capabilities

IPcelerate, Inc., a provider of advanced communications-based software applications, announced today the release of IPstudio 2.0, the newest version of the IP recording solution for VoIP users, offering enhanced capabilities in both audio and video recording, monitoring, storage solutions and the introduction of video blogging. IPstudio 2.0 is fully integrated into the IPsession platform, requiring no additional configuration for the end-user.

Highlights of IPstudio 2.0 include:

• Real-time monitoring – allows customers to listen to calls via a web-interface or IP phone, with an option to join the call if necessary

• Support for Recording Storage – enables the transfer of recorded sessions to an integrated storage server for easy access, filtering, and control

• Expanded Call Filters – allows customers to dynamically filter recorded calls based on a variety of characteristics

• Video Blogging – offers the ability to record, store and play videos via a web browser and integrate video alerts into the VoIP environment

Additional features of IPstudio 2.0 include situation replay, analog phone support for both VG248 and ATA devices, scheduled recording groups, and multi-NIC span support.

This is the third bundled solution introduced by IPcelerate for a specific vertical market. The company previously introduced bundled solutions for government agencies and the education sector.
