IPCELERATE SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT PARTNER

NextiraOne to Develop Applications on NIPA Framework

September 14, 2006

IPcelerate, Inc., a provider of advanced communications-based software applications, announced today that a development partnership agreement has been signed with NextiraOne. Through this partnership, NextiraOne will join the community of development partners that are writing applications on IPcelerate's NIPA (Network IP Application) framework, incorporating their applications with the embedded solutions available in IPcelerate's family of products.

"Our NIPA framework is a comprehensive blueprint for the development of enhanced VoIP applications," stated Kevin Brown, CEO of IPcelerate. "We have over forty embedded functions already developed in our framework, from telephony enhancements such as dial-out, intercom and intelligent paging, to integrated solutions such as on-demand call recording, video surveillance, and RFID integration. Our vision has always been to share our framework with development partners, so they can use a combination of self-developed applications with our embedded features to provide a compelling solution to their customers."

IPcelerate will train NextiraOne on how to optimize development time and provide an impactful customer solution by utilizing the framework resident in IPsession, IPcelerate's core product. "By using the NIPA framework development environment, development partners can dramatically decrease the time spent on writing new applications or integrating VoIP technology into their existing business processes," stated Samit Paul, Senior Director of IPcelerate's IPsession Technology Group. "We will continue to develop new embedded features for IPsession, based on feedback from partners and customers, and these features will be enhanced and supplemented by the work of NextiraOne and our other development partners. Sharing our framework expands the breadth of solutions we can offer customers, reducing the time-to-market for both IPcelerate and our emerging community of development partners."
