New Division Offers Services Designed to Maximize VoIP Impact

IPcelerate, Inc., a provider of advanced VoIP products and technologies, announced today the launch of their Professional Services Organization (PSO), a new business division which works directly with customers and partners to maximize IP technology impact and personalize IPcelerate solutions for their specific business needs. The division was created to address customer demands for greater ROI and increased usage from their IP investment.

David Denton, PSO vice president, stated, “Based on our experience, we know that customers make a sizable investment in IP technology, and then are often disappointed with the results because the initial deployment does not match their vision, or they realize there are more areas of the business that can be impacted. To address this, our PSO team offers a host of Discovery and Design Services, all targeted to assist in the discovery process of identifying business goals, personalizing our applications to fit those goals, and then implementing these solutions for maximum impact to the organization.”

• Application Design Workshops – Personalization of IPcelerate applications, using IPcelerate-developed software tools and methodologies, so they work within defined business objectives and incorporate specific user requirements
• Configuration and Implementation – Remote and onsite services for configuring, deploying and testing IPcelerate business solutions into a customer’s environment
• Network Review and Validation – Evaluation of customer network environments and integration requirements for use specifically with IPcelerate business solutions
• VoIP Business Solutions Services – Assessment, recommendations and implementation services for additional configurations, application expansions and new product planning
